With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have worn many hats in the industry, from program development to psychotherapy. As a licensed clinical therapist and coach with a Masters in Social Work, I have helped numerous busy professionals find balance and wellness in their lives.

My approach to wellness is grounded in evidenced-based practices and holistic approaches. I firmly believe that nurturing both our minds and our bodies is essential for a fulfilling life. With my 200RYT and Ayurvedic Nutritionist certification, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a coach.

As someone who has faced the challenge of balancing work and life, I understand the pressures and struggles that busy, professional millennials often encounter. With my expertise and knowledge, I can help you navigate this balancing act and find greater fulfillment in your life.

When I'm not slaying healthcare challenges, you can find me traveling, hiking, biking, and getting my yoga on. I'm also a bit of an artist - I love to paint and create. And let's not forget my furry best friend - my dog is my constant companion and adventure buddy.
